Angels Crest Capital was founded by husband and wife team,

Cameron Barsanti and Cristina del Rosario, who reside in Corrales, New Mexico.

 

We specialize in the acquisition and operation of self storage facilities nationwide, with a focus in the Southwest.

We are extremely passionate about real estate and pride ourselves in fostering life-long partnerships and friendships

along the way.  We look forward to continuing our pursuit of building meaningful relationships

while expanding our operations into new markets.

Our portfolio currently consists of assets in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Guam.

CURRENTLY UNDER CONTRACT:

Closing December 2022:  250 units in Albuquerque and our 4th facility in New Mexico. 

Closing March 2023:  58,000 sq/ft in Claremore, OK.  

 

OUR RECENT CLOSINGS :

60,000 sq/ft facility in a prime Denver, CO location. 

3 acres of parking and storage in Tulsa, OK., along with a two building expansion.
